The Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) is the sole ID and competence card scheme for electrotechnical operatives in the UK and is recognised and endorsed by the industry.
Holding an ECS card proves:
your qualification status,
electrotechnical occupations,
your experience and relevant employer endorsements,
your identity,
your health, safety and environmental awareness,
adherence to industry CPD requirements and Codes of Professional Practice, and
any additional disciplines in which you are skilled to work.
Would you like a new wireless network that is dedicated for guests and other non-school owned devices? A guest wireless network is completely isolated from the main school network and has a separate password, which can be changed periodically. This solution can be implemented using different methods and depends on your current internet and filtering provider, as well as local network infrastructure.
Transparent filtering is required for this solution and additional costs from the schools filtering provider will be obtained if necessary.
