Provide regular proactive remote monitoring, telephone and onsite ICT Support in case of failure for the school's local passive network and wireless infrastructure equipment. (LAN and WLAN)
This includes limited support for the school’s internet circuit (WAN) and filtering solution. All network switches, wireless access points and one single Internet circuit. Resolve any unforeseen technical issues and liaise with ISP during an internet or filtering outage.
Loan network switches and wireless access points installed and configured to ensure the school gets back online as soon as possible.
Raise fault and RMA tickets with appropriate suppliers when faults occur to arrange fixes, visits, or replacement of faulty equipment. If the kit is out of warranty, then quotes will be obtained by Rezolution ICT Ltd from suppliers on behalf of the school.
